• Manage overall HR work, develop local as well as implement international HR strategies and programs aligned with the company's global objectives; provide HR insights to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as address employee concerns, conflicts, and inquiries, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate internationally, liaise with the international HR team in Switzerland, Canada and Germany to ensure alignment on global HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling email campaigns from concept to execution, including planning, copywriting, designing, and scheduling.
• Segment and target email lists based on various criteria, ensuring highly personalized and relevant content for different customer segments.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Continuously optimize email campaigns to maximize engagement, deliverability, and conversion rates.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the curve in email marketing strategies.
• Help ensure that new products are launched successfully using dedicated campaigns
• Monitor and analyze email deliverability and take necessary actions to improve inbox placement rates.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on email marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Proven work experience as an Email Marketer for an ecommerce business
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Proficient in Klaviyo and HTML/CSS coding for email templates.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different target audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
• Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Interest in cycling or outdoor sports a plus

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience and skills will be considered.
