WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to Boldr’s leadership, driving organizational success through people strategies. The International Communication, Senior Partner plays a critical role in transforming complex organisational strategies into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with our diverse global audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing communication channels, and ensuring our messaging is consistent and impactful across all platforms.  

This role serves as a critical support function to the Senior Communication Manager overseeing EMEA, India, and APAC regions, while simultaneously acting as an integrated partner to our global communication team.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The HR Intern will assist with various HR tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
