Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this Generalist secures HR subject matter expertise, lead the unit HR team, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of the HR function.

Your assignment
The HR Strategy supports the overall direction of the business and will be achieved by:

• Building a stable and solid HR foundation with well- defined HR processes that is capable of executing at a high level every day;
• Providing support and guidance in the recruitment process and in co-worker engagement programs using the framework to be able to attract and keep co-workers engaged;
• Participating in the development of HR objectives and systems to continually improve the efficiency of the team and organization as a whole and to improve the co-workers’ experience;

• Act as Project Manager for Annual People Cycle Activities

The Partner Systems Access Administrator is responsible for the provisioning of Partners’ systems access for TSA agents and ensuring all Partner governance is adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Issue systems access to all TSA induction groups 
• Deactivate agent from Client Systems, upon termination request 
• Respond to and manage all Systems Access requests (i.e. Service Desk, email, ad hoc) for Client System activation and access 
• Maintain accurate and detailed employee records for Client Access systems access
• Maintain changes impacting the TSA hierarchy i.e. change of manager
• Monitor and report any access faults
• Proactively escalate all questionable / unknown errors through appropriate channels
• Pull Client Systems Access reports (e.g. Teledex, AQM/QI360, Workday) within relevant timeframe/s
• Update Client Accreditation data for reporting purposes
• Ad hoc reporting
• Ensure a high level of guidance and support is provided for TM’s enabling effective service delivery and requester satisfaction.
• Manage team and individual TM’s to ensure customer queries are identified and resolved to the satisfaction of the requester or escalated to the appropriate team. 
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders and relevant teams to effectively handle escalated requests and investigate complex issues 
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude towards requesters, colleagues and Telstra employees at all times. 
• Ensure requester expectations are managed correctly and customer commitments are actioned to maintain transparency and credibility 
• Ensure the team is aware of the importance of maintaining customer privacy and can effectively manage objections and build rapport with the requester to obtain required details without disclosing personal indefinable information 
• Ensure team members are able to simplify complex information and articulate themselves clearly and accurately. 
• Uphold the above expectations if in direct contact with requesters. 
• Field and prioritise requests from end users in a prompt and courteous manner
• Work to resolve them. 
• Escalate requests when required, to the appropriately skilled IT Level 2 or 3 resource.
• Track and document the Help Desk request following the process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for Help Desk requests.
• Apply diagnostic tools to aid in troubleshooting as and when required.
• Perform post-resolution follow up to ensure user satisfaction and proper problem resolution
• Ensure that systems and solutions  implemented to production meet the Zero Business Impact Principle
• Ensure that IT solution outcomes are  robust and meet production standards
• Ensure that IT asset services meet the  agreed Service Levels and Standards
• Deliver high value customer services
• Manage team members schedule adherence 
• Effectively Manage the Team’s Leave

What will your normal day look like? 

1. HRIS Enrollment for new hires
2. 201 filing (Contracts, Certificate of Completion, NPAs, Termination List and Attachments.
3. Auditing of 201 file of previous employees
4. Assistance in request for updates on details in HRIS.
5. Additional manpower for the HR team that can assist in ramping, events, and other support needed.
6. Collating of Cocolife supporting documents for dependents enrolment

Your assignment

• You will be reporting to the Payroll & HR Admin Manager, Philippines

• You are responsible for the centralised payroll and salary administration of co-workers; manage the year-end income tax activity and 13th month reporting with DOLE.

• You ensure payroll & HR practices are in compliance to the national legislation and timely submission of statutory related documents.

• You will participate on payroll audit and support the rewards team in external compensation and benefits-related surveys for market benchmarking.

• You will be involved in both HR Admin activities, from data management, recruitment, on boarding, benefits administration to off boarding and work-pass related matter which includes mobility support for our co-workers in Service Office.

• You will participate in continuous improvement projects related to payroll and HR Admin matter.

The HR Business Partner is a leadership role that acts as a trusted consultant to the leadership team in the assigned line of business (LOB) in areas of HR; including employee relations, employee benefits, policy creation, HR administrative services, workforce planning, among others.

The HR Business Partner works hand in hand with the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of HR programs.

•    Benefits Administration and paper work for both Government mandated and company mandated 
•    Liaise with employees and POC for compensation claims with vendors and/or government agencies
•    Policy development.
•    Up to date & compliance with legislation and industry trend
•    Assist HR Manager in the development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits Projects

•    Responsible for a small team of staff.
•    Coordinate and promote corporate social responsibility activities in the site
•    Act as project co-ordinator on roll out of various HR projects in the site
•    Provide accurate reports outlining trends
•    To perform any other related tasks which may be necessary from time to time
