Your assignment

Primary Responsibilities    

• The Manager of HR Technology (Workday) Services will be a key leader, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day HR Contact Center operations by leading the team and developing and implementing internal workflow processes, operating procedures, team schedules, and controls.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.

• Proven experience or internship in HR or talent acquisition is a plus. 
• Experience supporting recruiting for an environmental, biological, or architectural  /engineering firm is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

About the job:
