This position will be, within the Analytics & Insights team, responsible for delighting clients around Asia through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.  

Responsibilities

• Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer-Packaged Goods clients around Asia 
• Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership 
• Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS and Panel solutions and delivering value for clients 
• Working closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience 
• Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials 
• Developing and delivering business solutions for client performance tracking 

Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with FMCG clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop in depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth. You will be part of a team of client service individuals who specialize in FMCG/Retail at NielsenIQ.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant is a key administrative professional who supports the Head of Global Client Delivery – Philippines and will be the point of first contact for executives, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

As an indispensable asset to executives, they help maintain operational efficiencies, coordinate logistics, and facilitate communication across different departments.

This role demands high professionalism and flexibility, as Executive Assistants will interact with internal and external stakeholders, including other employees, clients, and partners. while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, summaries, and minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
• Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.
• Conduct research and collect/analyze data to support decision-making and provide valuable insights.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Exceed sales goals: The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving volume sales and achieving performance-based goals, both as an individual and as part of a team. • You will effectively and efficiently exhaust leads and close deals with target restaurants by cold calling, fieldwork, virtual presentations, etc)
• Effectively and creatively present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors
• Work closely with other departments to make sure we have a successful vendor incubation
• Be the local representative in the area: monitoring competitor activities, gathering feedback, and provide recommendations to ensure a healthy market share

As a Payroll Executive, you are responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. Ensures all employees are paid in accordance to local laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines.  

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews all new hires, termination into payroll system and / or to ensure accuracy and processes any necessary correction. Processing salary changes (increases/decreases) and calculation of back pay when applicable. Process
• Maintains master data and employee files (electronic/ paper), any employee payroll changes, staff card administration and handles our incentive program.
• Coordinate with payroll outsourcing company in providing  them with new hires information, employee payroll changes and any other required information to ensure employees are being paid correctly and all records are administered accurately in the records/ system.
• Support internal colleagues with  payrolls related questions/ matters as well as working with external auditors, authorities on issues concerning payroll, fiscal and social insurance matters.
• Assist in projects directed by the Payroll Manager

The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative and logistical needs and providing secretarial services to the Pilmico Executives.

Secretarial Function

• Schedule meetings and manage appointments of the executives and affiliates, dealers, bankers, and other important clients ensuring that the schedules are organized properly.
• Perform secretarial works such as placing and screening calls for the executives, sending and delivering messages to concerned personnel, screening incoming mails, and other related tasks ensuring that important communications are prioritized and coursed through concerned personnel
• Maintain files and records ensuring easy retrieval when needed while safeguarding security and confidentiality of sensitive documents
• Prepare meeting agenda and important notices ensuring that attendees to meetings are properly informed
• Prepare business correspondences to concerned parties as needed
• Prepare annual budget of the executives ensuring that the proposed budget is realistic and in line with the organization's work plan
• Coordinate with travel agent regarding the purchase of boat and plane tickets for PFC and PANC executives, hotel accommodation & hotel transfers, and renewal of passports and facilitation of visa applications ensuring that travel requirements are accomplished and arrangements are properly coordinated
• Process purchase request for executives admin related requirements such as cabinets, chairs, tables, tool of trades and coordinate with the buyer for quotation and sampling ensuring that the sample meet the specified requirements
• Coordinate with the admin the renewal of the mobile plan of the executive and monitor usage of company-issued cellular phones ensuring that problems are promptly reported to the telecommunication company and that cost consumption for official calls remains within budget
• Make cash advances for executive needs such as travel allowance and meeting ensuring that these are properly and timely liquidated

• Review purchase requisitions considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity discounts, and purchasing budgets
• Assist any Department in the hotel in formulating their material requirements and to use competitive bidding or other approved procedures to obtain the best price
• Ensure the timely preparation of purchase orders so that all approved purchase requests can be ordered and the goods delivered by the suppliers on the date need
• Keep track of all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time
