Job Summary

Provide support to key NA clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders primarily via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), email and outbound calls.

This position involves adding value towards Incident progression/resolution, request fulfilment and will also require an element of data reconciliation capability.

A Service Desk Analyst will perform accurate ticket triage and resolve at first line of contact where possible, supporting Incidents and queries or quickly escalating to the correct support team.

There is also a wide range of user fulfilment, including but not limited to, Password Resets, User Access Administration and Access control.

What you will be doing

• Monitor agents on various channels such as Voice and Offline tickets.

• Coach agents on a regular basis discussing performance, strengths and AFI’s.

• Schedule calibration sessions with Operations and leadership team and create a platform for addressing service desk concerns.

• Conduct analysis on QA and CAT performance through weekly and monthly reports.

• Identify process improvement ideas derived from QA evaluations, onshore feedback and client complaints.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on items needing assistance such as KB updation, training gaps and performance management.

• First point of contact for circa 150 clients, internal IT and business users of IT services.

• First line ticket handling (Incidents & Requests) including triage and troubleshooting, resolution where possible and assignment where required to 2nd/3rd line support teams and third parties.

• Ticket ownership which includes keeping clients and users informed of progress, tracking and escalating issues as necessary.

The T&E Analyst is primary responsible for auditing of expense reports, providing user support by resolving user requests and ensuring adherence with Arch’s T&E Policies.  The T&E Analyst assists in the communication with Concur users and provides assistance identifying payment discrepancies, past due balances and performing reconciliation between user account balances in Concur with company credit card statements. Ability to understand and uphold the policies set forth in Arch’s T&E Policies is essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality of user personal & financial data is required.

• Liaise with Shared Services Teams (T&E) on daily activities while acting as point of contact.
• Perform audits of expense reports to proactively identify issues and ensure compliance with Arch’s T&E policies across numerous geographical locations. Assist users with issue resolution where necessary.
• Manage and timely resolve user questions, using internal ServiceNow ticketing system, on expense report payment policies, procedures and system processes, promoting a positive user experience.
• Ensuring the accurate submission of expense reports in Concur by communicating and assisting users on how to properly use Concur’s Expense system.
• Support local Concur teams and reporting requests from other internal customer.
• Update process documentation and user guides as necessary. Communicate best practices and lessons learned on common user/system errors.
• Provide support to members of Finance as needed.

The catastrophe modeling analyst is responsible for collection, organization, scrubbing, interpretation, analysis, documentation and dissemination of cat modeling exposure and results. The candidate will process insured exposure schedules to ensure data integrity through queries, views and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or Business
• 2+ years experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence/analytics delivery capacity
• Strong knowledge of SQL or other database query language is required
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Sisense, Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView

As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Sr. Application Analyst has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. The preferred candidate will need to possess strong technical and analytical abilities, to effectively monitor and support network connectivity on critical systems, resolve a high number of reported issues without need for escalation or assistance. Should possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and often act as the first point of contact with Visa customers.

• Track, update and resolve all assigned incidents, changes, and problem tickets via the Ask Now management system, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate and meets a standard of high quality.
