As a Performance Incentive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing incentive programs within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive structures and propose enhancements to drive desired behaviors and outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field is a plus!
• Proven experience in incentive program management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, specifically in Google Sheets.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.

The Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for working and liaising with AGS Program Office (PO) Teams to successfully sustain and evolve the technologies critical to the success of AGS client programs. About the role: 

A Change Management Analyst is responsible for review and approval of change for basic applications, services, and infrastructure. • Responsible for setting up and configuring the WFM system according to our clients’ business needs. This includes setting up user roles, permissions, and access levels.
