Your Responsibilities  

The Business Information Research (BIR) Operations Manager will oversee a group of BIR Leads and/or analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Operations Manager will oversee the development of the BIR Leads and the corresponding analysts, building a client centric culture to ensure performance standards are met and supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management.   

The BIR Operations Manager will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Operations Manager is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals.  

This role will report directly to the Head of BIR in the Manila office.  

As a key player in our dynamic team  

• You work closely with the Head of BIR and the BIR Leads to ensure that requests from internal and external clients located across Asia, Europe, and North America are processed in a timely and accurate manner   
• You manage the BIR teams and resources to carry out multiple deliverables including projects and ad hoc tasks requested by various and at times, competing stakeholders by deliberating and identifying priorities based on agreed and committed goals and objectives 
• You support and contribute to the BIR teams development by conceptualizing, developing, and innovating processes in terms of quality and efficiency gains,  through the use of technology or other strategies   
• You help institute quality control mechanisms to ensure comprehensive and accurate coverage, as well as timely maintenance, of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects, including structure and relationships (subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.) and associated corporate actions resulting from M&As, spin-offs, reorganizations, and other corporate actions   
• You coach BIR Leads effectively and set an example when it comes to data integrity, purposeful, open and solution-oriented communication, as well as performance monitoring and professional and personal development    
• You chair the weekly Business Information Research Council meetings whenever the BIR Head is away while proactively sharing acquired knowledge and contributing to corresponding projects on a regular basis 

The Procure to Pay (P2P) Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the global procurement organization, IT and Business. The person in this position would be recognized as one of the P2P experts for the Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, i.e., Requisitions, Purchase Orders, etc. The P2P Procurement Business Analyst would liaison with IT and global organizations to ensure a complete alignment and deep understanding of the business goals. The goal is to be a value-added partner to the business to meet procurement needs within Oracle Cloud to enhance the day-to-day processes.

Summary of This Role

Compiles staffing level requirement forecasting and workplace scheduling in call-center environments. Prepares reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends, and staff productivity. • Assists higher level WPSS(s) by gathering call data for analyses to determine call volume trends, service activity, or resource availability, to forecast required staffing levels and provide reporting to management.
• Acts as a point of contact for scheduling requests such as time off, shift trades, and intraday scheduling changes based on existing schedule requirements.

Job Description: 

Opportunity phase 

• Support opportunity entry and updating in company’s opportunity tracking system.  
• Supports Go/No Go preparations, forms and gathering information and process, as directed by Project Manager.  
• Review project controls requirements of RFP/opportunity. Provide or obtain project controls support for proposal deliverables, as appropriate for project complexity.  
• Understand proposal pricing approach and support as appropriate. Develop basic capabilities with company standard pricing tools and support as directed.  

Planning phase 

• Coordinate with PM/Project team/contract administration in coordinating contract review process for new contracts, modifications and job closures. Understand and supporting insurance verification process as necessary. 
• Develop familiarity with support review of contract risk types and methods to identify and support management of risk on projects.  
• Understanding of revenue recognition on projects. Investigate/elevate financial project issues such as segmentation, work at risk, and revenue recognition during project setup.  
• Review scope definition documents and support PM with development of Work breakdown structure development (and maintenance during execution), to support proper job setup for cost and schedule development, progress tracking, risk analysis, client billing.
