Your Responsibilities  

The Business Information Research (BIR) Operations Manager will oversee a group of BIR Leads and/or analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Operations Manager will oversee the development of the BIR Leads and the corresponding analysts, building a client centric culture to ensure performance standards are met and supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management.   

The BIR Operations Manager will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Operations Manager is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals.  

This role will report directly to the Head of BIR in the Manila office.

The Procure to Pay (P2P) Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the global procurement organization, IT and Business. The person in this position would be recognized as one of the P2P experts for the Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, i.e., Requisitions, Purchase Orders, etc. The P2P Procurement Business Analyst would liaison with IT and global organizations to ensure a complete alignment and deep understanding of the business goals. Compiles staffing level requirement forecasting and workplace scheduling in call-center environments. Prepares reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends, and staff productivity. The Authorize.net Technical Solutions Analyst acts as the main technical liaison to Authorize.net’s key designated clients, providing phone, email, knowledge base & online ticket support.  The Analyst is responsible for owning the ongoing support needs of top merchants and top resellers, and will ensure payment processing, service configurations and payment implementations are functioning optimally, while fostering positive client relationships and interactions along the way. Opportunity phase
