Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management. 

The BIR Lead will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Lead is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals.

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. The Technology Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the AGS Technology Analysts and the AGS Program Management Offices (PMO) teams to successfully support various activities critical to our AGS program’s day-to-day success. What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course. Graduates in Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar is preferred but not required
• Not required, but holding certifications like Azure Architect, Azure Security, OSCP, OSEP, CISSP, and Security+, is a plus.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in triaging within a fast-paced client servicing, retail, or technical support environment is required.

What will you do?

• Responsible for both Inbound and Outbound contacts from clients seeking first-line response to Technical, Procedural and General enquiries for company’s Products & Services, inhouse application/software issues across all channels.

• Duties are normally performed within a Call Centre environment, and you must be available to work variable shifts, including After Hours and on the weekend as required by the business.

Your responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management. 

The BIR Lead will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Lead is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals. 

As a key player in our dynamic team 

• You work closely with the Head of BIR and other BIR Leads to ensure that requests from internal and external clients located across Asia, Europe, and North America are processed in a timely and accurate manner 
• You ensure team members are taking ownership of all incoming requests/projects and supporting their successful and timely completion by coordinating, planning, and organizing the long-term and day-to-day task distribution of the team 
• You support and contribute to the BIR teams development by conceptualizing, developing, and innovating processes in terms of quality and efficiency gains,  through the use of technology or other strategies
