Job Title: Information/Presentation Designer

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hrs/week (Preferably PH working hours)

Salary Range: 900 to 1,500 USD per month

experienced Information Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in

graphic design, presentation design, and business strategy, particularly within the startup

world.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling presentations that communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
• Execute graphic design tasks with high-attention to detail
• Collaborate with project teams to develop creative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop best practices and maintain style guides and design templates.
• Support across administrative & organizational needs in project delivery
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best-practices.

• 2+ years of experience with graphic design (brand design experience and previous

exposure to businesses is a plus)

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in information design, data visualization, or

related fields.

•  Proficiency in design software such as Google Slides, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative

Suite

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Passion for design, creativity, and innovation.
• (Bonus) Administrative or project management skills to keep our workflow organized

• The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
• Leverage deep expertise in Workday configuration to deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.

• The successful candidate will serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).
• S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday
• As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include:
  • Responsible for the functional configuration and management of Workday on one or more Workday Functional Areas as a subject matter expert.
  • Delivers new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience following an Agile Methodology. Will participate in Sprints or take the role of Scrum Master on a scheduled basis.
  • Acts as an escalation point and works towards resolution of defects in configuration.
  • Champions innovation and system stability during the bi-annual feature release of Workday.
• Stands as a trusted partner of HR Operations and/or Centers of Excellence by managing stakeholders and collaborating with them towards the success of projects.
