Job Description and Responsibilities

This role is part of the Business testing team within VPL’s Global Operations & Payments Network and reports into Senior Manager – Business Testing. The business testing team manages the testing of various network partner markets as per route spec and testing of multiple client’s onboarding workflows into Visa/VPL environments. The business testing/User acceptance testing should be conducted to in line with network partner & client’s business requirements/route specs to ensure the VPL’s business process & procedures to be met on a day-to-day basis.

What we expect of you, day to day.

• Contribute and support for business test strategy and business test plans for each market testing

• A strong business tester, skilled in functional & business acceptance testing, with an aptitude and desire to work and collaborate with other business users

• Translate the business requirements and operational workflows into business test scenarios and relevant test cases

• Define, document, and maintain business test scenarios and test cases in collaboration with business users, business analysts and Product owners

• Conduct business testing execution to ensure the testing standards should meet business requirements and route specifications

• Conduct defect triage meetings with business analysts, product owners and other relevant business users to ensure the relevant issues to be fixed prior to sign-off

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to make them aware of their requirements and provide the relevant support during the testing to meet their expectations

• Provide the bespoke test completion reports once the relevant testing phase completed

• As a business tester, you must involve in various stages of testing which starts from Network UAT, Client’s testing and production testing.

• Ability to work under pressure, both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in terms of communication with managers and resources under difficult situations and deadlines

• Support the automation testing initiatives/activities whenever necessary

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.

• Performing day-to-day support work for the company’s end users.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for performing analyses as defined in the Matrix of Laboratory test and Analyses and reporting test results according to the Quality Management System policies and procedures. 

• Also, in-charge for troubleshooting technical-related problems and coaching lab analysts I, lab technicians and lab aides. 

Specific Responsibilities:

• Reviews samples against Request for Analysis and / or claim stub and/or other information for routine test (including but not limited to sample size, method, availability of reagents/equipment for testing/TAT) when designated by the supervisor 

• Reviews new procedures when designated by the supervisor. 

• Performs sampling, testing and analyses as defined in the Matrix of Laboratory Tests and Analyses and in accordance with the QMS and Safety Policies defined in the Safety Manual. 

• Performs preparation of reagents and test solutions and standardization of volumetric solutions in accordance with the standard test methods. 

• Participates in various proficiency / correlation programs. 

• Performs witnessing of analyses and/or auditing tasks. 

• Conducts special tests such as client-supplied procedure and substantiating advertising claims 

• Conducts method validation. 

• Provides input on method improvement. 

• Operates and maintains equipment used in performing analyses. 

• Conducts troubleshooting on equipment being used. 

• Reads, understands, and follows proper standard operating procedures 

• Analyzes and interprets standard laboratory test results including statistical quality control charts and uncertainty of measurements 

• Conducts troubleshooting of technical-related problems and suggests alternative solutions. 

• Participates in the evaluation of PT performance and provides inputs to improve the performance in the next rounds 

• Prepares uncertainty of measurement worksheets of special and non-routine tests 

• Prepares and updates reports related to the analyses performed including statistical quality control charts and uncertainty of measurements for routine tests.

• Maintains routine documentation, including worksheets, log sheet entries, sample documentations, etc. Records data precisely and accurately. 

• Check, evaluate and sign worksheets, draft reports and test reports when designated by the supervisor. 

• Validates results registered in Laboratory Information Management System when designated by the supervisor 

• Coaches lab analysts I, lab technicians, lab aides and OJTs on the performance of test, analyses, and sample preparation. 

• Maintains workplace in a safe and orderly condition. 

• Prepares purchase request for laboratory supplies 

• Requests for cash advance / payment of divisions expenses subject to review of immediate superior and approval of Laboratory Operations Manager

What the Implementation Analyst does at Visa:

This position serves as Visa Project Manager for endpoint implementation services provided to Clients (Banks).  This is an individual contributor responsible for solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovation solutions.  This role serves to gather and document project requirements while providing client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features and functionality.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide project management support to Visa client institutions and processors in assigned region to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate directly with customers to understand endpoint / card program set up requirements and facilitate endpoint connectivity / card program installations, conversions and maintenance requests without customer impact.

This role is accountable for activities related to Quality checks (Acid tests, Primary testing of data, Retailer Accreditation) from receipt of the data to data loading into the system for  data sources that Nielseniq receives. Data Analysts will be responsible for onboarding \ setting up, upload and monitoring data (all Data types ) into the ingestion platform \ other input platforms. The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support during mid shift corresponding to UK EST working hours and be part of the Finance team. 

• Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close 

The actuarial analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will be responsible for modeling complex problems, reconciling data sets, analyzing trends and summarizing data for review and analysis. The candidate will provide analysis, will process and compile data for reporting and analysis through creating queries, views and reports. The candidate will provide support and be part of the US Actuarial team.

• Conduct advanced data analysis and highly complex algorithms
• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in a complex data sets
• Filter and scrub data, and review reports and indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
