• Work on special projects including inactivating GL accounts, fixed asset subledger projects not limited to retiring fixed assets with zero book value, etc.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial administration.
• MS Office proficient (particularly XLSX)
• Accounting at general ledger level

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Australian BAS reporting and payroll.
• Familiarity with Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet Reporting.

What will you do?

• Financial Transactions: Accounts payable & receivable
• Payroll: Assist with payroll, superannuation runs, and monthly payment schedules.
• Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in reconciling statements and accounts, including bank statements, credit cards, and inter-company transactions.

Bank Administration

• Opening/closing of accounts
• Maintain banking relationships
• KYC Updates

Treasury Support

• Transfer Pricing review

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Management Accounting/Accounting Technology
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience
