Who you are

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce.com techno-functional role
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, API, Triggers, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)

The Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our reporting infrastructure within Business Operations. This role is centered on the technical aspects of report creation and management, particularly in our evolving call center environment. Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and regularly updating various reports and dashboards. We are looking for a Data Analyst to assist our Data Team in maintaining our infrastructure. You will need a keen eye for detail and a bloodhound’s ability to follow a trail through multiple system layers when debugging a gnarly issue.

What will you do?

• Partner various managers providing business support and guidance
• Review and draw conclusion from financial data
• Create ROI analysis on investments
• Support business reviews/presentations (board data, quarterly product reviews, budget presentations, etc.)
• Be a key contributing member of the business staff meetings.
• Provide variance and trend analysis
• Create ad-hoc reporting and analysis including supporting strategic initiatives.
• - 50% of task is AP, AR
• - 50% weekly Financial statement of the projects handled

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of L2 Service Desk/Support Operations Engineering experience preferably in an MSP environment
• Troubleshooting MS Windows Desktop and Server operating systems 
• MS Office 365 and Exchange Server troubleshooting and administration
• An in-depth understanding of MS Active Directory and Group Policy
• LAN / WAN troubleshooting
• Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider is highly regarded
• At least one industry certification such as Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco or similar
• A proven ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
• A customer centric approach displaying both empathy and integrity

• ITIL experience and/or certification

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent

What will you do?

• Remote incident resolution and request fulfilment to SLAs
• Active Directory administration
• User creation and termination requests.
• Remote configuration of hardware and software
• Create Knowledgebase articles and process documents, where possible.
• Reduce the volume of incidents by identifying and eliminating root cause through the pro-active problem management process
• Basic network troubleshooting and fault finding

• Work with third parties to Facilitate repair work for onsite desk side equipment
• Adherence to company’s service procedures.
