What You Will Do:

• Provides desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues (will support US banks; check scanner issues)

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing remote IT support to the XP Asia (AP) business. Their duties will include a wide range of tasks such as hardware and software configuration, fault finding, and repair, as well as undertaking individual projects to meet the specific needs of the business. • Present and defend solution design decisions. All design decisions should be based on the overall future roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles.  

• Prepare or update existing reporting specifications, users guides, and other reporting related documentations  

• Develop & Publish reporting visualisations using the prescribed tools, and perform Data Quality Review  

• Document requirements and facilitate discussions on priorities from the tool

Job Summary:

Deploy release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and integrate system testing performance of PC/server operating systems, related utilities and hardware.

What you will be doing:

• Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer software systems used for designing and developing company products.

• Identifying and assessing risk incidents related to environmental, social and corporate governance issues 
• Entering newly criticized companies, projects, etc. into the RepRisk® database 
• Evaluating the incident according to our proprietary methodology
