QA is an expert in conducting end-to-end monitoring and feedback, reinforcing positive agent behaviors that will result to customer satisfaction, and reforming those that result to negative customer experience.  QA shall be able to assess how transactions are handled, and identify the areas that need improvement.

QA shall ensure that all agent-customer interactions result to positive experience and are performed in accordance to pre-determined compliance guidelines, through, but not limited to:

·         Live or recorded monitoring of agent interactions (both voice and non-voice) ensuring compliance to pre-determined quality guidelines.

·         Meeting the required number of evaluations on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.

·         Provide accurate and impartial judgement on all transaction evaluations.

·         Regular coaching sessions with agents to reinforce good behavior and reform opportunities

·         Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring scores or any quality-related performance together with root-cause/data analysis and recommended action items.

·         Reporting of critical errors to Operations, Training, and HR, and monitor if the concerned party has completed the relevant corrective action procedures.  

·         Attending administrative hearings and deliberations resulting from the critical error callouts.

·         Facilitating QA rollouts and guidelines orientations for new-hires, and certifying agents prior to official endorsement to Operations.

·         Collaborating with Operations and Training in developing the technical and soft-skills of agents through coaching sessions, QA orientation, calibration sessions, rewards and recognition projects, etc.

·         Attending and facilitating calibration sessions, and sending relevant minutes and variance reports after each session.

·         Liaising with clients, and other internal groups as needed, on the creation/update of monitoring/compliance/knowledge-based tools and guidelines, etc.

·         Reporting agent and transaction compliance trends to the Quality Manager and/or QA Supervisor.

·         Identifying trends and opportunities for additional training or corrective action as needed and share feedback with immediate supervisor, Operations, and Training.

·         Taking proper action on disputes filed against transaction evaluations.

·         Participating in internal and external client meetings and performance reviews.

·         Participating in process improvement designs related to quality, technology (CRM/KRM), agent-customer interaction flows, etc.

·         Reviewing and submitting exceptional calls to be pooled for the good call library.

·         Performing physical or information security audits, and telecommunication line quality, and floor background noise as needed

Performing other duties as requested or required by the Quality Manager or QA Supervisor, including taking in calls and/or providing back office services.

The Procure to Pay (P2P) Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the global procurement organization, IT and Business. The Authorize.net Technical Solutions Analyst acts as the main technical liaison to Authorize.net’s key designated clients, providing phone, email, knowledge base & online ticket support.  The Analyst is responsible for owning the ongoing support needs of top merchants and top resellers, and will ensure payment processing, service configurations and payment implementations are functioning optimally, while fostering positive client relationships and interactions along the way. As a pricing analyst, you will work on the Content Operations team to deliver operational improvements to content workflows - from file delivery and metadata, through to delivering deal specifics to the finance team.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be accountable for providing support and strategic management to our supply chain consultants within a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supporting partner for the supply chain consultant for projects/initiatives (i.e.: supplier surveys, optimizations, RFPs, supplier sourcing, supplier forums, focus groups etc.)
• Proactively analyze monthly/quarterly supplier data and trends, flagging performance concerns and providing a quarterly side-by-side summary of trends and analysis to the consultants
• Track the results of a supplier optimization and the impact on the program based on recommendations executed by the supply chain consultants
• Audit and validate supplier scorecard metrics in Acumen every quarter raising any discrepancies to the supply chain consultants
• Source new suppliers to support program gaps
• Researching supplier data for the Business Development sales process
• Support the supply chain consultants with supplier performance escalations issues/concerns
• Create supplier RFI/RFP projects
• Support the scoring of RFI/RFP results and recommendations
• Support the supply chain consultants with the preparation for supplier forums/summits (send invitations, track RSVPs, create PowerPoint slides, conduct post-meeting surveys)
• Support the analysis and recommendations of supplier capability projects using HICX, Acumen supplier performance data, RFP/RFI’s, and supplier discovery meetings
• Support the preparation and rollout of the annual Voice of the Supplier (VOS) survey
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Salary: P60,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of at least 2 years as Technical Relationship Manager or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft platforms, MacOS, and cybersecurity.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Analyst. In this remote position, you will be responsible for supporting our entire team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is proficient in real estate and/or finance principles, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at utilizing software systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, & PPT. We will ask the individual to focus on creating automated processes for any repeatable tasks to maximize efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Maintenance:
• Accurately enter transactions information into databases.
