WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Manager of Global Total Rewards, you will provide support to our most important asset: our people. Your mission is to review, develop, and implement the best benefit & compensation strategies at Boldr. You will ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. You will develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets. You’ll oversee compensation processes, including Mercer survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive/bonus plan design, and analysis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install software and hardware products. Network troubleshooting including patching and tracing network line.
• Practical PC troubleshooting and problem analysis of software and hardware.
• Support users with remote applications such as VNC, DameWare & Remote Desktop Connection.
• Support Windows environment such as Windows XP and higher versions of operating systems.
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory user and computer management. Knowledgeable in ticketing system such as Service Desk.
• Assist in implementing practices that will more effectively utilize IT resources.
• Process purchase requisitions of IT peripherals.
• Assist in the implementations of projects and solutions for production use.
• Lead in housekeeping and disposal of defective IT peripherals.
• Generate reports for performance tracking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 year technology graduate / at least 2 year experience in related field
• Eexperience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

Salary: P40,000-60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8.00 AM- 5.00 PM ACT) *with required flexibility for overtime and weekend work when needed

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in triaging within a fast-paced client servicing, retail, or technical support environment is required.
• Experience should include strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to effectively prioritize and effortlessly adjust to evolving scenarios.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and effective communication skills, both in written and verbal form. Proven track record in cultivating positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Proficient in using JIRA or equivalent
• Technical understanding and demonstrated experience including Microsoft Office suite, .NET frameworks and SQL), Hardware OR Healthcare industry, especially Pharmacy Dispensary duties (such as Pharmacy Dispense Technicians as well as Pharmacists).

What will you do?

• Responsible for both Inbound and Outbound contacts from clients seeking first-line response to Technical, Procedural and General enquiries for company’s Products & Services, inhouse application/software issues across all channels.
• Diagnose, Investigate, Resolve and Escalate client cases, employing technical knowledge, skills, experience and judgement to ensure performance within defined Service and Quality standards.
• Duties are normally performed within a Call Centre environment, and you must be available to work variable shifts, including After Hours and on the weekend as required by the business.
• Ownership of cases including meeting commitments, following-through and working with other parts of the organization to ensure a consistent and compliant approach to the relationship management of our clients.
• Identify areas of systemic importance (including in Product, Service, and Operations) and escalate to allow insight, remediation and knowledge sharing across teams.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3-4 years relevant work experience with a financial brokering firm
• Mortgage Settlement experience
• Experience in PLAN Australia CRM (Podium/ApplyOnline)

Nice to Have:

• Cert IV & or Diploma in finance/mortgage brokering

What will you do?

• Liaison and develop collaborative relationships with external organizations and service providers such as lenders, conveyancers, referrers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that the unconditional approval aligns with the client's file.
• Ensure that loan documents are delivered in a timely manner and follow up on their receipt. Once loan documents are received, check and prepare them for signing.
• Schedule client appointments for sign up and facilitate sign up appointments with clients and brokers.
• Inspect all documents after they have been signed and promptly return them to the lender.
• Ensure that all parties involved are provided with clear instructions on settlement procedures, which include handling any potential shortfalls, surpluses, or internet banking requirements. Timely notification and congratulations should be extended to the client, as well as the referrer, on the day of settlement.
