Your Responsibilities  

As our Business Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for providing day–to–day support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), a member of the executive team, based in Zurich, Switzerland. • Maintain accurate records of operations, prepare reports, and generate metrics to monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Support in interviewing, training, onboarding and offboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in their respective roles.

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Experience with forecasting models
• Experience with databases and project management software
• The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
• Exceptional communication skills
• BSc in Business Management or similar field - nice to have
• Excellent skills in reporting and using Excel sheets
• Must be willing to work during Pacific Time (Local California Time). This is during the Graveyard shift in Manila Time.

Company Overview:

The company is a mobile app for educating existing surgeons. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI and achieve target KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics and other tools.

• 4 years of day-to-day Marketing Content experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independent Thinker and Self Motivated
• Must be able to follow up on leads and answer business questions
• Ability to produce new update releases
• Ability to work with Promotional contacts

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
• Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
