ROLE AND RESPONIBILITIES

• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or similar
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and Svelte
• Experience or exposure React and TypeScript / Node
• Exposure and understanding of AWS, Postgres, Redis and ECS

Nice to Have:

• Previous exposure to compliance programs e.g. SOC2, ISO27001 is a plus

Role Objective

As a Property Conveyancing Manager at Cosy Hauz, you will be leading the Property Transactions department. You will be responsible for managing a team of Property Conveyancing Paralegals and overseeing all aspects of the property conveyancing process. Your main goal will be to ensure that property transactions are conducted smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Property Transactions department
• Supervise a team of Property Conveyancing Paralegals, providing guidance and support
• Review and approve property transaction documents and contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and estate agents
