• Manage and oversee GCD services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day relationships with Cluster and the timely and accurate delivery of client reporting and information.
• Form an effective working relationship with the cluster. To be able to leverage these relationships to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions for all breaches, complaints, or errors
• Develop and implement tailored strategies for clients to ensure GCD's smooth operation.
• Ensure target KPIs of the team are met.
• Create and execute action plans to tackle identified issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Report directly to the Head of Delivery on team performance and concerns with solutions for any issues or problems arising in the office.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments, (i.e. BAT, GPT, IT), as required.Accounting graduate with 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
  At least 5+ years of supervisory experience
