What IT Client Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

IT Client Services provides Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support to the organization's end users for software, hardware, conference room technology and meeting support, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues. Frequently responding to escalated issues from the IT Service Center family, this job family resolves user requests through discussions with users and coordination with internal and external resources and provides education and trainings to users to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent problem reoccurrence. IT Client Services also maintains ownership for certain end user productivity platforms and capabilities, such as virtual environments and collaboration toolsets, and addresses service outages. This job family acquires, installs and upgrades PC components and software, while also performing asset management for software and hardware.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in Apple MacOS and iOS Operating System support and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in Python scripting language.
• JAMF (Apple Device Management) software deployment and patch management
• 4-8 years of experience in supporting Apple iOS & Mac operating system environments
• Experience with Apple Mac hardware platforms: Laptop & tablet
• Experience supporting and managing corporate Mac environments.
• Experience and familiarity with Raspberry Pi hardware platforms and use cases
• Experience managing distributed Raspberry Pi environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 support for desktop applications.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Creating groups and profiles within Intune and MDM enrollment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assigned area/territory - Ilocos Region

Key Areas of Accountability:

Promotes the assigned products to doctors using the prescribed sales technique and visit these MDs based on assigned frequency.  Establish and maintain good working relationship with doctors. Achieves the minimum call performance with 100% achievement on monthly actual calls vs monthly target calls.  Quality execution of all agreed marketing strategies, programs and plan of actions. Sales and promotions of products (i.e detailing, product presentation, CME activities, etc.) Continuous selection and update of target doctors. Establish and continuously increase market shares of products Submit relevant reports vital to operations.

Job Specification

•           Minimum 2 years’ experience as Territory Manager or as Professional Medical Representative in a respectable Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods company.

•           Above average communication skills in English and the local language.

•           Experience in Nutritional products is a plus.

•           Aggressive, confident, and self-motivated with leadership potentials.

•           Persuasive, persevering, and a team player.

•           With very strong selling & communication skills and with pleasing personality.

•           Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
