• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and estate agents
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process
• Monitor and report on the progress of property transactions
• Implement and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Train and develop the skills of the Property Conveyancing Paralegals
• Stay updated on changes in property conveyancing laws and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Conveyancing Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of property conveyancing laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in property conveyancing software
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred
