• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer support, service, or help desk, and ideally within the financial industry.
• Prior experience in lending, particularly in a consumer-facing or phone-based capacity, with a preference for Australian mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless virtual guest interactions and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.
• Promptly and courteously address incoming guest inquiries through various communication channels.
• Effectively handle multiple guest inquiries simultaneously, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities.
• Provide accurate information, resolve guest queries, and offer assistance with reservations, amenities, and directions.
• Proactively identify and resolve guest complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and relay messages as necessary

Requirements

As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strengthens partnership with external sources by conducting onsite visits and meetings.
• Uploads Manpower Requests in Workday Recruiting. Manages and maintains in-house recruitment system .
• Employs hiring strategies to attract and invite potential candidates.
• Conducts initial screening of all applicants to determine their suitability for the position applied.
• Administers pre-employment exams and informs all concerned of the status accordingly. Endorses qualified positions to Hiring managers.
• Ensures that pre-employment documents are valid and complete. Completes required data field information of new hires in Workday prior start date. Facilitates on-boarding program to all newly-hired employees.
• Monitors status of Interns and Project based employees. Provides hiring and attrition reports as needed.
• Prepares employment contract of newly-hired Operators

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field of study
• Prior experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing preferred
• Working knowledge on Psychometrics and Selection Interviewing
