• Strong understanding and experience using the G Suite
• Previous experience working in the events industry or coordinating partnerships (*bonus if you have experience coordinating event sponsorships)
• Previous experience with Asana or other Project Management tools is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities: (Job Description)

·       Check all required documents & compliance: commercial invoice, packing list,  cargo compliance (nature / geography /..)

·       Perform the transport plan according to Customer booking instructions

·       Coordinate with Customs Broker with regards to Export formalities

·       Produce documentation (AWB) according to customer profile and country specifics 

·       Arrange flight as per Customer requirement

·       Input up to date information in the system: Tasks, milestones, events, deviations and any other relevant information to guarantee execution of the shipment and data quality according to customer SOP and our internal standards

·       Control detention and demurrage risk

·       Coordinate with the Team in case of operational issues and on productivity, amendment of solution and if needed

·       Coordinate with BPO, SSC and HUB to complete execution

·       Perform auto rating in the system for Billing

·       Post and send customer invoice according to customer SOP and internal standards

·       Assist accountable teams in case of invoicing discrepancies

Competency Requirement/s:

·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in supply chain management, business or a related field is required.

·       Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills

·       Resourceful and curious (with an inquisitive mind)

·       Independent and fast learner (with minimum supervision)

·       Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task

·       Work with integrity and responsibility

·       Able to write e-mail and able to communicate with the stakeholder

Experience Required:

·       Has a minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business

·       Experience in CargoWise1 is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Knowledgeable in Air Cargo Freight Forwarding

·       Above average MS Excel, Word skills

·       Strong knowledge in using MS Office Applications

·       Knowledgeable in Air Cargo Tracking

·       Must be able to work under pressure

·   Must have a keen eye for details
