• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. 
• Planning and implementing network infrastructure projects and technology initiatives based on the customer or business requirements 
• Performing routine network optimization to ensure efficient data flow. 
• Maintaining network configurations, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensure the reliability and security of network devices. 
• Identifying issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner. Capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party support partners to ensure smooth integration of client network systems. 
• Providing pro-active guidance, mentorship, leadership example, and recommendations to junior team members. 
• Proactively researching and locating necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop. 
• Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required 

• 1 to 2 years IT Network Engineer experience in a BPO setting or similar 
• Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills 
• Ability to think outside the box, analytical regarding complex situations 
• Amenable working onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
• Willing to work Night Shifts

We're looking for a content/copywriter or email marketer to help us at our agency to write and send emails/newsletters to support our clients.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Proofread and edited blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Attention to detail: Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology

• At least 2 years of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Email marketing manager, or similar roles
• Has knowledge in using HubSpot, ConvertKit for email, and Zapier for automation is a PLUS
• Portfolio is required.
