• Assists the HR Business Partner and Operations Manager on all corporate communications
• Submits weekly reports to the HR Business Partner
• Creates, Maintains and adheres to Major Event Operation Plan.
• Submits event reports including survey results and wins/losses with any actions needed for future events. 
• Maintains annual/bi-annual calendar of employee activities with events charted and planned out well in advance.
• Perform other duties as directed by the HR Business Partner

Skills Required:  

• With at least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator 
• Proficiency in Managed Engine, 4me or any project management software  
• Proven success in a corporate environment, demonstrating the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, report, and escalate project risks and issues to appropriate management channels, following the project work plan to ensure timely resolutions. 
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as the main communication point between internal teams, external resources, and stakeholders, including vendors. Ensure regular, transparent communication with property teams and maintain relationships for successful project outcomes and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Compile product checklists based on our client’s specifications and our own inspection requirements, while making sure that all specs are in their corresponding sections.
• Ensure that when protocols are finished, they’re delivered to our inspectors the day before they visit the factory with an inspection.

As a Specialist (Senior Accountant), you will be part of a team responsible for performing day to day tasks within the Procure to Pay (P2P) stream - (Accounts Payable, Expense and Procurement) as well as Month End Closing process and some other specific accounting activities.

The performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA/KPI’s (timeliness, accuracy).

As a P2P Specialist you will be performing various tasks within the P2P process including but not limited to:

·         Identifies invoice and purchase order discrepancies and offers solutions

·         Assisting with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely processing of invoices in the system.

·         Providing support and assistance to colleagues with respect to accounting information

·         Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding P2P inquiries (e.g. invoices, payments, travel and expenses audit responses).

·         Following up on match exceptions and coordinating with Business

·         Working closely with R2R team in ensuring that no AP transactions are outstanding in the bank reconciliation and cash management.

·         Following up on transactions on the Accounts Payables Trial Balance (Ageing) 

·         Following up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on hold

·         Preparing and reviewing accruals and any other month end P2P transactions
