This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. As IT Support Specialist, you will help ensure efficient operations for the company and its employees by being the primary contact for IT-related concerns and problem resolution. Your duties include working with employees to diagnose and resolve problems with hardware, software, and servers in a timely and professional manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Respond and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner
• Communicate and escalate issues if needed
• Perform root-cause analysis on issues, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention
