Advanced Technical Support

Department Overview – Sales Operations & Enablement

Sales Operations is responsible for:

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial activity across the broader team
• Increase sales effectiveness and productivity by providing centralized content deliver business productivity and efficiencies of day-to-day processes

• Delivery of first-class proposals / RFPs

About the Role:

An essential role that supports the proposal development process, securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships. You’ll coordinate and produce the bid (RFI, RFP, etc.) document for Tier 2 and 3 deals and contribute to maintaining the bid database. You will also be supporting a proposal manager on key strategic and transformational opportunities.

As IQ-EQ Bid Support, you will be an organised, detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Proposal development and management:

• Lead the proposal creation process from receipt to final submission, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, client timeframes and IQ-EQ strategy.

• Create and update Audit Protocols: in collaboration with technical team Minimize the protocol edition time by using the most efficient method, ensure they meet client’s requirements and are well set-up for Auditor use.

• Give a good service level: Reach the requirements and the deadlines of the different requests received from internal/external QIMA team members.

As a Client Care Support Associate you will be working with external clients and banks along with internal Technical Solutions, Compliance, Treasury, Product and Technical teams regarding issue management and support for Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Direct Products/Services.

• Provide service to clients via phone calls and online support cases that are advanced and escalated (Level 2 support)

• Investigate and research issues, gather additional information as needed, to successfully resolve or re-route the issue. Determine which issues need escalation or routing to other internal teams

• Identify file formats and connection errors (APIs, STFP, JSON, SWIFT- PACS, MT, ISO, Etc.) to determine if sufficient information is provided for issue resolution
