Position Description:

The CMS Support Associate will be part of our Client Services team within the Global Contact Center organization and will be responsible for supporting financial institutions and partners with cross-border payments. • Interface with the regional service desk and regional/global support groups and suppliers.
• Conduct day to day IT system administration and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services
• Support the existing IT infrastructure including network, server, print, backups and related components including design, deployment, changes and decomissions.
• Liase and coordinate solutions/resolutions with 3rd party IT suppliers and managed support groups
• Update and maintain operational documentation
• Working with cloud technologies (Azure) as well as on-prem deployments
• Interact with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work alongside local IT management and technical staff as a point of escalation for technical issues
• Lead or contribute toward IT projects aligned with group strategy
• Follow all security procedures in alignment with group strategy and policy

This role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).

Operational :

• Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchases
• Perform verfications on deals (requirements and payment provided)
• Manage commercial account manager concerns
• Coordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs, trade materials, SKU requests)
• Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticals
• Manage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessary
• Perform outbound calls to ensure customer success
• Check market standing via liquidity test
• Support Philippine market

• Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer-Packaged Goods clients around Asia

• Working closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience 
• Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials

Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with FMCG clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements.
