Your assignment

• You will be reporting to the Payroll & HR Admin Manager, Philippines

• You are responsible for the centralised payroll and salary administration of co-workers; manage the year-end income tax activity and 13th month reporting with DOLE.

• You ensure payroll & HR practices are in compliance to the national legislation and timely submission of statutory related documents.

• You will participate on payroll audit and support the rewards team in external compensation and benefits-related surveys for market benchmarking.

• You will be involved in both HR Admin activities, from data management, recruitment, on boarding, benefits administration to off boarding and work-pass related matter which includes mobility support for our co-workers in Service Office.

• You will participate in continuous improvement projects related to payroll and HR Admin matter.

• Serves as the primary contact for customer issues via email and inbound telephonic support in Spanish and English
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine a resolution
• Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time
• May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates

What you bring

• 1 year or more experience working in a Spanish Campaign in a Call Center
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and French REQUIRED
• Computer navigation and operations skills
• Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and to be open to feedback

• Assist the Sr. Head of Grocery in managing, tracking, Dmart and Shops Projects

• Data organization, filing, and encoding
• Handle lead sourcing, interviewing and recruiting internship candidates

• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor

• Provide MEP cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account. 
• Carry out cost management and quantity takeoff duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
• To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide Cost plan and budget preparation including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
• To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages.
• To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
• Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents. 
• To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings
• Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
