QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/College degree in engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 years solid experience implementing Agile SCRUM.

• At least 1-year experience as a SCRUM Master of SCRUM of SCRUMs.

• At least 2 years' experience leading a cross functional team.

• At least 1-year experience on development.

• At least 1-year experience on software testing or business analysis.

• At least 1-year experience working on a DevOps environment

• Experience in SAFE environment is an advantage

• Proven problem solving-skills and ability to successfully adapt to changes based on business requirements.

• Must be conversant with systems development life cycle principles

• Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to explain complex technical topics in a manner that can be easily understood

• Possess the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to seek and synthesize information and communicate in a compelling and succinct form

• Must demonstrate attention to detail in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, produce quality work and execute and implement projects and deliverables in tight time constraints

Responsibilities

• You will personally deliver the physical demand letters to First Circle’s overdue customer on a daily basis.
• You will collect post-dated cheques on behalf of First Circle’s sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
• You will identify and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting efforts by delivering First Circle’s intent letters on a daily basis.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships.
• Accurately document meetings and correspondence while delivering timely reports to relevant teams.
• Address client concerns with effective and efficient solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
