• Ensuring all management information statistics and performance criteria and trends relating to Compliance processing are collated, analyzed, published and fed back to team members to help define the compliance strategy for Visa Inc. globally and regionally.

The Supply Chain Operation/Customer Service Supervisor serves as the process owner for the Order to Delivery process and acts as the central hub for information flow between Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain (SC), and other support groups. Responsible for ensuring the accurate entry of all orders into the SAP system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor order processing and delivery schedules to identify potential delays or issues that may impact sales targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to order servicing.
• Investigate and address any discrepancies or challenges in order processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with relevant departments, including Sales, Supply Chain team, and Customer Service, to identify and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular audits of sales order data to identify and correct any inaccuracies or discrepancies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members responsible for entering SO details to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry processes.
• Monitor order statuses and adjust delivery schedules as needed to accommodate changes or prioritize urgent orders.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain team, and other support groups involved in the order fulfillment process.

· Serve as a departmental trainer for Client Care Organization, delivering courses as per defined schedule. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that contact center agents are fully prepared to perform their job in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.

· Train new hires and up-skilling Customer Service Representatives in all skill sets associated with the position, including PC and telephone usage, peripheral application training, as well as Client Support Services (CSS) departmental policies and procedures and Customer Service Excellence training.

· Schedule training rooms and facilities, ensuring that all necessary equipment is in place prior to training.

· Ensure that training materials are prepared, updated and available on the first day of training.

• The Tier 2 Analyst, HR Technology (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.

•  S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third-party stakeholders to support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday.

Specific Responsibilities  

• As we transition to post go-live operations, all of the experience and learning done through implementation will prepare the successful candidate to deliver Tier 2 Workday services to SGS. Accountabilities will include: Handles support escalations from Tier 1 (local/regional super users). Manages incidents to ensure excellent customer service and quality incident management data for continuous improvement.
• Supports functional analysts with Workday configuration, testing and reporting.
• Supports Workday Services leader with maintenance of documentation and continuous improvement of services.

The AP Invoice Processor is responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APCP.

INVOICE PROCESSING

• Processes invoices/billing statements, non-payroll related expense reports/cash advances and other payment requests based on policies, procedures, work instructions and agreed SLA
• Records payable entries in the ERP system using correct cost center, GL account charging, & amount  (i.e. correct application of VAT/withholding tax or prepayment)
• Executes the AP key controls (i.e. 3-way or 2-way matching, invoice workflow approval, validation of expense, etc.) in a thorough manner and secures required approval in writing for any exception/deviation
• Ensures compliance of company expenses to applicable policies and tax requirements (i.e. complete and valid supporting documents, amount limits, etc. )
• Adheres to service level agreements on the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and recording of AP entries
• Communicates issues to concerned supplier/employee in a timely manner through SAP issue workflow for proper tracking and monitoring of resolution
• Reviews resolution and ensures that these are in order before re-processing the invoice/billing/payment request
• Generates payment proposal list and reviews items for payment related to transaction scope on or before agreed cut-off with Cash Management Team
