About the Role
This is a critical role within our global Talent Acquisition team with a primary focus on engaging passive leads to build our candidate pipelines and delivering hires to our global organization.

The Senior Research Analyst is part of the Market Insights Team which is the insights and research Center of Excellence of AGS. OceanaGold currently has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Superintendent – Mine Planning to join our Didipio Mine in the Philippines. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of technical support to the mine operations spanning mine engineering, business improvement, long-term mine planning, short-term mine planning and survey whilst ensuring adherence to the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and social performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance & Operations:

• Manage the day to day Accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Treasury, Revenue Recognition and Cost Accounting, working closely with the Accounting and Operational teams to review processes, implement best practices and improve productivity.
• Process Payroll, including obtaining approval of new hires, terminations, salary amendments and the payroll run.
