We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Bacolod. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or BPO setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
