About the team

You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing Marketing vendor, contract and contractor intake and implementation processes, facilitating and supporting all applicable internal reviews, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, tracking and reporting to the stakeholders, and providing other operational support as needed.

What you will be doing

• Evaluates incoming requests for new Marketing vendors, contracts and contractors, determining the appropriate processing path and evaluating requests for completion.
• Completes vendor intake surveys and follows through to ensure any tasks and/or additional reviews resulting from the vendor risk analysis are completed.
• Analyzes engagement details to determine if Data Privacy, Security or Country Compliance reviews are necessary, initiating and coordinating the review process as needed.
• Sets up and manages meetings with stakeholders to resolve any questions, providing meeting documentation of decisions/next steps, and follow-through until completion.
• Obtains approvals from budget holders and key Marketing stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Legal teams to navigate all applicable processes.
• Tracks and follows up on all requests in process to ensure all are completed and communicated within established timeframes.
• Ensures applicable records are stored and categorized appropriately.
• Develops and executes management reporting for the functions performed.

What you bring

• Considerable knowledge of standards and best practices relevant to database management
• Experience using Xant, Dynamics Mass Email Marketing, Dynamics Basic Access, S&P, NeverBounce, Power BI, MS Excel, Sales Navigator is a plus
• Experience in vendor management or other relevant experience
• Marketing-related experience preferred

The Manager role of Global Client Resolution team is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and direction to   staff, ensuring that team members have the information, tools, and resources needed to deliver exceptional results to internal and external customers. The role requires a keen insight into support trends which includes emails, chat and calls with all its best practices, and reach for deep collaboration and partnership with business leadership across Client Services, Sales, Product, and other organizations within Visa. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee team consisting of analyst and associates that will primarily work on chats and calls and emails providing ongoing guidance and direction to support the dynamic and evolving nature of Visa’s products and services. 
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members in order to optimize performance and engagement.  Act as mentor and coach to support and strengthen their development and provide guidance to help support short and long-term employee career goals.
• Collaborate with global peers to identify and document hand-offs and support needs associated with Global Client Resolution processes.

As a Accountant 1, you will be responsible in processing the end-to-end Travel & Expense accounting process for the assigned region or entity on a timely and accurate manner that requires close coordination with employees, Global Travel Team, IT & Concur support, Local Finance Team, and other Teams within GFO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform pre-pay audits on selected expense reports.
• Provide guidance and assistance to employees in Concur system navigation, expense processing, and questions related to WD's Travel policy.
• Resolve fallouts from data interface between Concur and ERP system (Oracle) in order to successfully process the payment to bank and employees.

Communicates with engineers and technical specialist regarding SDET Reli testing control schedule and execution, actual testing results, when issue arises affecting the timely movement of key experiments. Ensure that throughput are meet, execute procedures and processes to ensure correct and efficient testing methodology.  Ensures proper tester preventive maintenance and control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and evaluate test script.
• Ensures testers are in control and are within the specified control limit.
• Perform tester GR&R and daily control monitoring.
• Extract Raw data in each experiments and generates the initial data package and feedback initial assessment about the result in according to the specific test requirements.
• Perform daily and periodic maintenance.
• Provide updates to engineers in cases of tester errors and delays in the planned test schedules.
• Execute tester control monitoring.
• Highlights issues to engineers when problems are encountered which may affect experiment results. Updates engineers with the status specially when delays are encountered and result feedback is affected.
• Provide initial analysis on test parameters (SER, TD, OW, etc.) 
• Ensures test plan are followed and executed.
• Collaborates with sDET maintenance and Development team regarding issues and key lesson learn.
