The Customer Account Analyst is responsible for managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle: ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all accounts receivables. Including but not limited to, monitoring bank deposits, posting payments, and managing collections in adherence to operational standards, policies & internal controls in the daily execution of responsibilities. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the cafe

Promote self service to customers

• Promote the use and application of CX (data pull, reporting, business issues that can be solved by guided analytics)
• Promote the use of CSO for quality issues, special customer requirements and information available in knowledge NielsenIQ
• Plan trainings with clients to ensure the above-mentioned points.

Perform day to day tasks within the Procure to Pay (P2P) stream such as daily invoice processing (PO and Non-PO), expense reports audit, as well as support month-end closing activities.
The performance should meet the requirements defined in the SLA/KPI’s.

 Timely and accurate review, validation, and processing of incoming invoices (e.g., PO, Non-PO, credit card statements) to accounting system.
 Ensure that invoices are properly coded and booked in accordance to SGS Chart of Accounts.
 Verify that the invoices comply with SGS policies and procedures.
 Audit travel and expense liquidation in accordance with existing rules and regulations.
 Process prepayments and follow up on prepaid invoices.
 Handle supplier statements and vendor inquiries.
 Provide support and assistance to colleagues with respect to accounting information
 Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding P2P inquiries (e.g. invoices, payments, travel, and expenses audit responses).

 Follow up on transactions on the long-outstanding items in the Accounts Payables Trial Balance (Ageing)
 Follow up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on hold
 Prepare and review accruals and any other month end P2P transactions
 Assist in AP Subledger close and other month end activities
 Ensure monthly checklists are completed signed off by P2P Specialist/P2P Supervisor.

Prepares candidate information reports related to leasing, permitting and land use viability. Prepares lease or other real estate agreements. Coordinates with or supervises outside vendor partners, environmental engineers, architectural & engineering firms, title search firms, engineers and drafting technicians to ensure transactions close within defined timeframes. • Serves as primary Site Acquisition Manager for site project including leasing, permitting and land use processing. 
• For new-build projects, responsible for site acquisition activities from initial search ring release through NTP. 
• For existing site modification projects, responsible for site acquisition activities from collocation applications, leasing and zoning audit through NTP.
• Provides candidate-specific recommendations for leasing and land use viability.

• Coordinates with tower owners and/or private landlords to negotiate and secure lease entitlements as project scope defines. 
• Completes collocation applications required by Tower companies and associated documents.
• Coordinates with client and engineering departments to obtain information necessary for entitlement applications (RF Affidavits, propagation maps, photo-simulations, etc.)
• Reviews and approves site specific documents for quality and completeness.
• Monitors and tracks progress on all open transactions.
• Maintains a high degree of customer service and integrity when dealing with clients.
