Wrist Service Center is looking for a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for supporting all recruitment efforts for the WSC and Garrets Manila team. He/She will be managing all initiatives related to talent acquisition including building relationships with potential sourcing partners, tracking and updating data to provide meaningful analytics, maintaining a high-quality candidate pool for all posts, and elevating the overall recruitment experience. What you'll be doing:

Sourcing and Attraction

• Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Create engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates

Screening and Interviewing

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, organizational goals, and staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.

• Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and weekly recruitment report (WRR)

What we're looking for:

• At least a year of recruiting experience using various channels, using an ATS is a plus
• Background in human resource and/or administrative support is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Above average computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suites
• Bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably Human Resources or Psychology

Key Responsibilities and Outputs

• Based on data analysis, establishes and drives process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness at every level of the sales process, ensuring process compliance
• Support and optimize the use of Salesforce, including assisting with ongoing enhancements and testing
• Helps set and enforce best practices related to Salesforce data hygiene.

• Creates and maintains documentation of processes, standard operating procedures, and visuals for training purposes.

• Gathers reporting and dashboard requirements to provide visibility to sales teams on pipeline and performance against targets
• Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic solutions to achieve sales goals
• Produces and maintains regular and ad-hoc Salesforce reporting and dashboards based on metrics that drive sales velocity for Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Partner with finance, marketing, and other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives
• Drive the successful execution of project-based initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved within specified timelines
• Develops and executes change management strategies conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure the seamless integration of changes and adoption of new processes and tools into the daily operations of the GTM sales team

What you’ll do

• Design, Develop, and Support Enterprise Application Integrations.
• Work closely with Business teams to understand requirements and document integration design.
• Collaborate with the technical teams to implement the operationally efficient integration solutions.
• Follow Standard processes for Development, Peer (code) review, Documentation and Code deployment.
• Perform periodic reviews of deployed solutions to ensure solution health and compliance.

• Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.

Who you are

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• You have 8+ years in Integration/Middleware Experience.
• You have a successful experience with any Application Integration tools such as webMethods, Workato, Boomi, Tibco, MuleSoft, etc.
• You have a successful experience integrating with one or more major ERP or CRM systems - SAP, You have hands on experience with SOA, SOAP/WSDL, ETL, Messaging, and integration frameworks.
• Oracle, Netsuite Salesforce, etc.
• An experience with Workato is preferred.
• Coding skills in Java (Java SE Java EE XML XML Schema XSD XSLT/XPath and JSON technologies) and SQL are preferred.
• Experience using GitHub and GitLab for version control and for continuous integration, Issue tracking and manage deployments is preferred.
