Who are you?

• Been a Fullstack engineer or similar roles with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency with VueJS and NodeJS (Typescript)
• Proficiency with MongoDB and creation of indexes using ESR
• Coded microservices that are modular and reusable
• Understand Clean/Hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, ACID, Idempotency
• Strong advocate for quality; unit test coverage, security bug fixes, proper documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Agile teams
• Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP) and when to use serverless/PaaS
• Experience building and deploying microservices to Kubernetes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Employee shall perform the following duties as determined by the Head of Data & Analytics of the Company from time to time which shall include:

Assisting in setup the Data infrastructure of Sleek, through

• Improving the data collection setup of Sleek
• Evaluate value of the different data sources and the connection possibilities
• With assistance of the Tech team, setup the data collection on defined scheduled
• Clean and organize data with appropriate tools - using BigQuery stack or other relevant solutions, to have it immediately accessible for analysis
• Align with involved stakeholders to set up dashboards and reports to drive data driven decision across all departments
• Analyze data with appropriate mean - Python, SQL, Excel or other
• Share data through relevant channels and dashboards
• Propose and create innovative usage of data to improve clients’ experience, Sleek’s operations, Marketing and sales effort and Sleek’s pricing structure

Contribute to Sleek’s automation project:

• Contribute in selecting, planning, prioritizing and delivering key projects
• Contribute in proposing creative solutions to enhance and streamline Sleek’s operations and clients’ experience
• Assist with writing, editing and layout of workflows, policy and procedure documents, as and when required

• At least 3 years of experience in a data position, with experience in SQL and data visualization
• Self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented team player
• Possess the drive to overcome challenges in a start-up environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Familiar with SQL and Python or R
• Familiar with data visualization tools - Tableau, or Google DataStudio / PowerBI
• Familiar with excel and / or Google sheets

The Patient Authorization Coordinator is the employee that interacts and works closely with many others employees. This person also interacts with the clinical sales specialists, physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers for all manufacturers, and the patient / patient family. This position is at the corporate office. The Patient Authorization Coordinator provides continual verification and eligibility for all existing patients, under the direction of the DME Operations Supervisor. The DME Re-Authorization Coordinator contributes greatly to the overall satisfaction of our customers, vendors, and business associates.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Re-authorization dates and tasks are entered into QS1 and/or Brightree system by the DME Case Management Billing Coordinator which allows for a monthly tickler report for the reauthorization process.
• Requests clinical data from the patient’s Endocrinologist or other physician’s office as necessary for the re-authorization process.
• Submits request for re-authorization to the insurance company.
• Timely follow-up on requests for re-authorization dates.
• Documents all pertinent information on the case management authorization form and in Brightree and the QS1 system.
• Creates tasks in Brightree for future authorizations.
• Adheres to formulary guidelines and follows protocol in place.
• Requests interim supplies as necessary and appropriate.

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be knowledgeable in basic office operations and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work under pressure, delineate priorities when the workload is abundant.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Must maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance in accordance with the provisions outlined in the company’s Employee Manual and HIPAA manual and understand their obligations under the Privacy Rule.
