About the Role

• Manage the financial reporting processes under statutory/ regulatory reporting basis
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports under statutory/ regulatory reporting basis and calculation of other local reporting KPIs

• In charge with ADA enrollment report to help ensure collection of subsequent premiums of clients. Provides sales the ADA enrollment report per division monthly so that appropriate action can be taken for policies with unenrolled ADA via BPI microsite.

The Account to Report (A2R) Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of work of a certain cluster or sub-team under the Account to Report (A2R) function within the established policy and agreed service level. Tasks

• Oversee and review A2R transactional accounting, reporting and closing processes for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger and ensure that transactions and reports are processed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting standards, and Global Accounting Policies

What you will do:

The primary responsibility is engineering work on Building Management System (BMS) projects detailed as per country specific standards. You will design, support systems installation, perform programming, commissioning, troubleshooting of complex building controls systems for customer. • Prepare I/O summary.
• Prepare BMS network architecture.
• Create bill of materials, select sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers etc.

• Program control software of supervisory and DDC level controllers, prepare test plan, perform simulation and deliver commissioning package to the sites.
• Upload/download system-level BMS controller software.

• Provide information for BMS as-built documentation.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree related to math/statistics with good scholastic records
• Experience: At least 1-year relevant experience in Actuarial Valuation, Studies or Product Development, with any of the top 10 life insurance companies.
• Certifications:
  • Affiliate of the Actuarial Society of the Philippines
  • Almost Associate of Life Management Institute (LOMA)
• Skills:
  • Experience in manipulating data sets, designing, building actuarial and/or predictive models, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
    • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, SAS etc.) to transform data and draw insights from large data sets.
    • Knowledge and exposure in actuarial software especially Prophet and DCS (or equivalent).
    • Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: Power BI, SAS VA etc.
    • Automation solution such as Powershell and UiPath
  • Knowledgeable in IFRS and PFRS insurance accounting and reporting standards is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

YOUR MISSION

The Assistant Manager, Key Account supports the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing with respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives. The main job responsibilities are as below:

• To lead and drive the sales efforts with assigned Key Accounts. Segment all key customers according to the AP blueprint and allocate resources (time, people) according to financial objectives and segmentation framework (no of visits, VM support, order intake modus etc). 

• To lead the identification and development of new business opportunities in the key segment. Support the development and implementation of Key Excellence Mgmt by briefing and utilizing available selling tools and technologies eg Digital Catalogue, B2B Ordering tools 

• To coordinate and manage the seasonal sell-in process and Go-to-Market activities with respect to distribution policies and brand initiatives. 

• To deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s), agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines. To seek continuous re-orders opportunities from time to time.

• To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share, situation and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Management or equivalent ideally with a focus on sales, retail & marketing
