The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute processes that will drive the completion of assigned projects.

The role will be supporting the day-to-day payroll services for the assigned region (Canada) by processing assigned processes in compliance with established methodologies, regulations, service-level-agreements (SLA), and processes. The role will also be responsible in administering and processing relevant payroll and HR services systems activities.

• Accurately and timely perform assigned activities in support to the payroll services.
• Provide administrative assistance to the regulation alignment activities to ensure a compliant payroll processing (Taxation, Legislations, and other regulations).

The SIP Specialist supports our daily Operations work by creating inspection protocols and ensuring they are always delivered to our front-line inspection teams on time. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Reviews/creates Special IP and ensures that it minimizes the SIP creation by providing feedback, giving suggestions to use the efficient method, and verifying if it meets the client's requirements.
• Collaborates with the other departments to improve the communication between the Project team by giving suggestions to meet the service level expected by the requestor.
