The Supply Chain Planner for Raw Materials or Packmats position is responsible for planning all incoming raw materials’ (local and foreign) forecasting and reporting activities. He/She is directly responsible for ensuring processes are in place, optimize inventory level and cost to drive forecast accuracy and meet KPIs. He/She works closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of supplies versus planning. The Supply Chain Planner also performs reconciliation and reports any discrepancies. He/She participates in cross-functional team meetings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Chain Planner
Ensure timely and accurate updating of MRP Relevant Set-up in SAP.
Generate, update and analyze the daily, weekly and monthly planning reports
Develop “buy quantities” at the item level based on demand forecasts, current inventory and safety stock position along with other market related factors.
Actively manage exceptions of “over” and “under” forecast versus consumption
Prioritize inventory management activities utilizing and ABC raw materials stratification
Manage total inventory at the raw material item level to budgets on a monthly basis
Support and manage production transitions at the raw material item level
Support monthly Supply Planning meetings (S&OP) and discuss short-term and long-term gaps and mitigation plans
Coordinate efforts with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure timely product deliveries
Develop trend reports, weekly, month over month and year over year, by raw material category and class
Prepare weekly and monthly key performance indicator reports
Appropriately highlight forecast issues and risks to manager
Develop and maintain strong system knowledge of company’s Oracle ERP, Ivalua Cloud applications

Upon receipt of the Outbound Delivery Order or Loading picklist, Checker must review and validate the order details, stowage instructions, and the assigned vessel to use.

Review the vessel capacity vs total bags ordered to check on possible offloading of bags or for possible additional orders to maximize the vessel capacity.
Once the assigned vessel is available and secured docking at Pilmico Ports (Old and New Ports), Checker will request from the Pest Controller and Engineering department for cargo vessel inspection.
Conduct pre-loading inspection and pest control activities of the cargo vessel.
If the result of inspection is not favorable, then pest controller or engineering personnel inform the Vessel Personnel and Checker of non-conformance and ensure that corrective action is being done prior loading.
Confirm the result of inspection and affixes signature in the inspection checklist for acceptance and or for further cleaning or repair of the cargo vessel.
Once accepted, prepare an issue to the Vessel Crew on the following documents as required by the Philippine Port of Authority (PPA). 1. Berthing Permit, 2. Wharfage Fee, 3. Copy of Bill of Lading.
Communicate and arrange schedule of loading to TwinG and Jodin Supervisors to ensure the availability of resources (Stevedores, Forklift Operators, and Forklift units).

Transfer of finished goods from warehouse storage bins to vessel GI zone staging area.
Scan the pallet handling unit and the GI-Zone location to be able confirm the warehouse task using the RF scanner.
Loading of finished goods in the vessel and piling of bags should be properly arranged and piled.
If there are non-confirming products, ensure that the exact quantity and product shall be replaced. Non-conforming products should be summarized in the Finished Products Nonconforming Report at the end of shift or loading.
If loading is not completed within the day, a partial loading report shall be submitted and reconciliation of ending balances and loaded bags should be conducted every end of shift. Reconciliation of ending balances should be acknowledged and signed by the following personnel. Checker, Vessel Checker/Chiefmate, Loading Foreman, Vessel Loading Checker assist.
Check and validate total number of bags loaded vs quantity confirmed in the system.
If there are no discrepancies observed, update the vessel electronic file and provide a shift report. Otherwise, appropriate action shall be undertaken to resolve the discrepancies.
Reports and loading documents are properly turnover and should have acceptance between outgoing and incoming vessel loading checkers.
Post Loading
Ensures the vessel hatch cover is fully sealed after vessel loading completion.
Validate and consolidate all loading damages from the start of loading until completion. All damages should properly recorded and suffice with Non-Conformity report forms.
Transact Loading Damages -Post Goods Movement & Maintain Outbound.
Validate and review the physical ending balances vs loading layout and system records. Ending balance and system should be equal, otherwise appropriate action shall be undertaken to resolve the discrepancies.

Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit, monitor status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment)
Assist in any program that supports Quality service within division
Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objective.
Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which yet to have the capability and to complement those which have.
Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge on Pest Management through private study, membership of association, attendance at course, study of technical literature provided by Company and practical experience in the field.
Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, which require follow-up action by local Branch.
Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendation to the Branch or Service Heads
Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches.
Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customer on a current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicle, equipment monies provided by Company and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used on other purposes outside Company’s interest.
Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene
3. Customer Development
Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.

Process Parameter Optimization
Optimizes process parameters by experimental designs, process variable definitions and robust design engineering for new packages or continuous improvement.
Improvement of Existing Methods and Conception of New Methods

Spearheads generation of FMEA for new Assembly processes and reviews until completion of qualification.
Equipment Qualification and Development
Designs and/or qualifies jigs, fixtures, and tools to enhance machine efficiency and improve product quality.
Generates and/or reviews equipment specifications and qualification procedures and supporting documents for PAR of new equipment.

Material Development

Product Development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics and Communication
Mold Brand, Deflash, Trim, Form and Singulate Equipment subject matter expert with at least 10 Years experience in Equipment Capability Studies and Selection relative to Package Development, New Product Introduction and/or HVM in a semiconductor assembly environment for leadframe and substrate-based packages.
Comprehensively review and interpret POD and tooling designs and create/recommend effective solutions to achieve design intent.
Comprehensive knowledge of downstream and upstream Assembly that impact these EOL processes (input) and can be impacted by the output of the EOL processes, accordingly.

Document Control

1) Material Staging
The Outbound Delivery will be processed in EWM and create a Warehouse Task to execute requests in the warehouse.
Once the warehouse tasks are created, proceed to perform actual picking of materials
Proceed in confirming the tasks (via Desktop/scanner). Once completed, picking status will be set as completed in the Outbound Delivery.
Proceed in posting the Goods Issue for the Outbound Delivery in EWM. Outbound Delivery will be updated with corresponding material documents for stock transfer and materials will be physically moved to the production area. Inform Production that transfer is completed.
2) Finished Goods Receiving Process
Validate if the assumed GR (which is done either by Shift or by brand) from Production is the same as the actual quantity received.
