The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services.  The Compliance Services team provide services to the pharmaceutical and med device industries.  Work including Transparency Support and Outsourcing, Grants Management, HCP Screening and Tiering, and HCP Contracting.  Our teams need to provide service that is very accurate, timely, and with good customer service. 

The Client Service Rep delivers work every day using our proprietary software.  For that reason, comfort using technologies is critical.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is very important.  Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful but not required.  Experience with legal contract concepts is helpful.      

Responsibilities:

• HCP Contracting

• After getting system generated requests, develop contract for HCPs using given templates.
• Communicate with the HCP regarding contracts, obtain signatures, answer questions.

• General

• Effectively communicates requests for required information (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)
• Provide updates to team management on status of work, and issues addressed.
• Ensure work delivered is of good quality.
• Adherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)

About the Event Project Manager

Process Parameter Optimization

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics and Communication /Materials / Metallurgical / Chemical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.

• Subject matter expert with at least 10  years’ experience in a Package Development, New Product Introduction and/or Sustaining role in a semiconductor assembly environment for leadframe and substrate-based packages, including failure modes and failure analysis, covering standard and custom package.

• Comprehensively perform, review and interpret mold simulations and create/recommend effective solutions to achieve optimum results.

• Review and interpret POD and tooling designs and create/recommend effective solutions to achieve design intent.

• Comprehensive knowledge of downstream and upstream Assembly processes that impact the Molding Processes) and can be impacted by the output of the Molding Process, respectively.

• Comprehensive use of principles of Design for Manufacturability, DFMEA and Design Review for Manufacturability by Failure Modes (DRBFM) or its equivalent.

• Subject matter expert in the use of statistical methods of experimentation and analysis and their associated application/tools (DOE, SAS-JMP, Minitab, others) to establish and improve Process and Equipment Capability.

• Drive Lean Six Sigma Tools and Principles adoption
• Conduct Process Maturity Assessment and leverage analyzed output in transformation projects
• Support operations in data-driven decision making, Root Cause Analysis and strategic initiatives through analyzed data
• Facilitate value stream mapping activities and support the business in identifying wastes and creating a process transformation roadmap
• Conduct Process Assessment to identify process automation opportunities
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma/Project Management/Process Improvement concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Design solutions (automation & process improvement) consistent with organization objectives in line with process, people, policy, and technology challenges
• Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
• Facilitate Continuous Improvement specific workshop(s)/training(s)Design/Redesigns contents to ensure it matches the learner’s needs
• Manages and maintains all reports, files and documentation associated with training delivery
• Provides regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring opportunities to trainees
