About the role:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of design collateral for various brands, adhering to their existing styles and guidelines or developing new, innovative designs as required. This role involves designing for multiple platforms, including social media (Facebook posts, both static and motion graphics), website imagery, and email campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brand Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and design needs. Develop designs that align with their existing style or create fresh, unique designs that resonate with their brand's voice.
• Design Execution: Produce high-quality design collateral suitable for various platforms including Facebook (static and motion graphics), websites, and email marketing campaigns.
• Creativity and Innovation: Continuously innovate and present new ideas, keeping up with the latest trends in design and technology.
• Logo and Website Design: As needed, design logos and website layouts that are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic designing experience with an extensive portfolio showcasing a variety of designs across different platforms.
• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative you will drive Birdeye forward by generating and qualifying a high-quality pipeline for our SMB or Mid-Market team. Sitting at the top of our sales funnel, you will have the opportunity to create a great first impression for prospective clients and effectively articulate the value proposition of Birdeye. By using strategic research and a technology suite, you will identify, nurture and qualify new leads to generate well researched, qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. Responsibilities

• Create a lasting and positive first impression of Birdeye for our prospects
• Become an expert at articulating our value proposition to anyone who asks (or who doesn’t ask)
• Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
• Partner with our account executive team to help generate meetings, build sales pipeline and drive deals
• Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator
• Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Salesforce
• Identifying champions and key stakeholders within target accounts

Description of Duties

• To assist superior in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
