The role will report to the Document Control Supervisor.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitors compliance with document or records tracking procedure for efficient access and retrieval;
• Retrieves records and generates report according to queries that are timely and accurate;
• Receiving, quality check, organizing, proper filing, storage, archive, retrieve and dispose of documented information;
• Check accuracy of documented information, upload in the system and publish to SharePoint as applicable;
• Provides accurate and consistent data, measurements and information on all paperwork and specifications required to accomplish tasks;
• Contributes in formulating audit plans and the audit resource implications for review by an immediate supervisor;

• Prepares monthly reports providing price/volume variance analysis.

• Review forward estimates and assist with forecasting.
• Gathering, collating, analysing, and interpreting market data specific to the Copper, Dore market and related industry to gain knowledge on trading opportunities.
• Attending relevant conferences and industry events.
• Reviews accuracy and completeness of billings and payments related to Sales and Marketing and provides instructions for correction.
• Investigates discrepancies related to Sales and Marketing payables and receivables and coordinates with all concerned stakeholders to resolve the issue.
