As Merchandising Lead Retail - SEA, you will drive execution of the commercial agenda and merchandising strategy together with Merchandise Managers to exceed financial targets. Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute regional merchandising strategy and commercial priorities with close alignment to regional assortment direction.
• Optimize local selling peaks driven by optimizing product exposure strategy to calendar, customer shopping behavior and commercial plan; be responsible for all information including but not limited to kick off, sale packs, BF-information, etc.
• Drive in and post season inventory management by picking full price, discount and sale activities in line with regional merch direction, as well as executing stock management, sale, EOP and commercial reduction.
• Follow up on stock and resolve issues together with inventory optimization team; execute regional strategy for commercial impact on key product categories based on in season performance.
• Know your market retail situation and customer profile, providing commercial team with constant and structured sales follow up for the channel, as well as commercial initiatives in store (visit the site in all touchpoints several times a week) to confirm or adjust actions needed.

Resposibilities:

• Reporting to the Director of Rooms, the Night Auditor is responsible in checking the front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records. Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics
• Checks and collates all the negative postings done by each cashier for completeness and accuracy of the transaction in terms of correct transaction code used and supporting documents. Submits the DOP (Daily Operations Package) report to Income Audit.
• Checks all Open Folios and highlights those sitting for more than 48 hours already. Email communication to be sent to the section head concerned
• Prepares End of day procedure.
• To perform other duties as required by the leader or it’s designate.

• Assess and respond to requests for support and information, and operational issues for Visa’s Global Dispute clients in a 24x7 support model.
• Process client inquiries using case management tool, email, live chat and/or voice support service.
• Efficiently work several case types such as but not limited to New, Pending, Follow-ups & Email activities for both fraud and non-fraud case types for all line of business services.
• Collaborate and/or liaise with Visa internal groups to meet clients' needs aligned with the organization's Case Management procedure while delivering world class client experience. 
• Maintain conformity of documented process and procedures aligned to meet standard risk and compliance policies.
• Identify key process improvements and client training/retraining opportunities based on inquiry trends and any operational pain-points.
• Provide expanded support to drive improved learning through training sessions and mentoring to new hires and peers.
• Participate in periodic meetings with regional counterparts to up-scale knowledge hand-off and sustain alignment between groups.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
