The Client Care Support will be part of our award-winning Customer Support team responsible for supporting the business and technical needs of our growing merchant base. As a Client Care Support, you will be assisting Authorize.Net merchants and partners with their payment gateway accounts through inbound phone calls.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

The Manager on the Analysis & Insights team is the senior contact for key clients and will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and facilitating the growth of the Analysis & Insights project team. This role will be focused on leading a team toward the generation of actionable insights, crafting of client presentations, building dashboards, and consulting with clients. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring consultants, partnering with clients, and driving cross team collaboration.

This role will evolve to also cover oversight of web analytics infrastructure implementation resources and ensuring the technical resources are provided proper training and development of their client engagement skills.

Client Delivery

• Ensure the successful completion of the agreed upon project deliverables within statement of work (“SOW”) scope, time and budget with quality while consistently exceeding client expectations across all Merkle | Cardinal Path service offerings
• Act as a strategic advisor to the project team using a keen understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, not only the current project
• Conduct regular client communication, expectation setting and management, as well as providing strategic direction
• Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any scope/budget deviations.
• Act on the client satisfaction survey results for the portfolio, ensuring quality improvement plans are developed and executed

Practice Development & Mentorship

• Work with the lead responsible for the Analysis & Insights practice area to develop and grow that practice area by creating and cultivating lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Work with the members of the A&I team, from junior to senior to help them improve their understanding of the industry, improve their client communication skills, create professional development plans, and better understand how our A&I offerings fit into the big picture for our clients.
• Work with others to ensure collaboration across domains, to help proactively manage issues, and create overall plans for achieving annual and long-term goals.
• Work with the internal team and clients by helping the teams apply our thought leadership in ways that will deliver on our clients’ business goals in innovative ways.
• Ongoing practice and process development looking for ways to improve and streamline Cardinal Path’s processes to not only deliver a superior service to our clients, but also to improve our efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with North American technical leads to deliver training programs related to skills required for technical implementations.
• Have a working knowledge of how business requirements and measurement frameworks are translated to tagging solution strategies that will best serve client analytics and reporting needs.

The operations analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will provide analysis, will process and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will create queries, views and reports.

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality

The HR Assistant works with Senior HR Business Partner and is responsible for HR operations assistance to the dedicated client group. The HR Assistant provides general administrative support and HR advice within HR remit. The HR Administrator’s responsibilities include Tier 1 and Tier 2 tasks.

• Complete WD processes, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and job changes.

The Junior Finance Analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and cash receipt transactions in the AR subsidiary ledger/system with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support and be part of the Australia Finance team.

• • Input, record, process, reconcille, maintain cash receipts and premium receivable
• Execute daily finance operational activity and document management
• Work closely with Finance & Underwiting operations department in respect of identifying receipts
• Perform allocation or application of cash receipts to written premium

As a Client Support Specialist - Payments, you will be delivering “best in class” first line support to our client base of Financial institutions, Money Transfer Organizations and Corporates who use Visa Payments Limited services to send money throughout the globe. Based in Manila, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our existing and upcoming clients worldwide, as part of our global support function stationed in London, New York and Manila.
The Client Support team sits within the Payment and Service Operations department and is responsible for the first line support of Visa Payments Limited client enquiries.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Provision of telephone, email and portal-based support to Visa Payments Limited’s client base
Register, investigate and diagnose a variety of payment and service related incidents and requests
Ensure all incident & request related actions / activities and communications are accurately recorded in the case management system
Manage all incidents and requests in accordance with Visa Payments Limited’s policies, procedures, and contractual commitments
Take ownership of incidents/requests and manage through to resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders and Visa Payments Limited’s global network of vendors & partners, escalating more complex queries where appropriate

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) has a strong technical background in multiple
engineering disciplines. This position will interface closely with a tight-knit team of engineers
across a broad range of technical areas that provide managed services to internal global
customers. The ideal candidate will have a balance of breadth across engineering disciplines, depth and expertise in select areas, and practical real-life experience solving very complex problems while maintaining patience and professionalism in the most critical moments. The incumbent operates independently on complex assignments involving the analysis of both business and regulatory requirements, as well as the analysis of the individual technical implementations to maximize benefit to the business. This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation, Linux, Storage, VMware ESX, Windows Server, and related system technologies. As a technical subject matter expert, you will mentor system engineers, review existing and implement new solutions to meet business objectives. The incumbent will act as an internal team escalation point for systems requests and issues. Travel up to 15% maybe be required based on project needs.
