The Regional HR Manager is responsible for establishing and overseeing all HR functions across the NGO’s operations in Taiwan, Nepal, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This role focuses on setting up a robust HR system from the ground up, including hiring and developing a high-performing HR team. ABOUT THIS JOB  

This position ensures that all physical aspects of the facility function properly to support the Business. This position will manage day-to-day activities reporting to the Cluster Manager. As a member of the Business Operations branch of Corporate IT, the IT Mobile Asset Management Associate is part of the team responsible for the lifecycle of user assets needed by our 22,000 global end users. In addition, this person is in position to execute effective and efficient procurement and asset services, ensuing values and competencies in maintaining transparency, integrity, and compliance. The Asset Management Associate derives meaningful operational metrics which align to OLA and SLAs across the function, and manages continuous improvements with regards to accurate and appropriate inventory across the enterprise.

Reporting to Visa's Director of IT Asset Management, this role’s primary focus is with inventory data maintenance.  As a business office function, this role has significant impact on the day to day success of the overall transformational journey of Corporate IT. The Asset Management Associate works with internal customers and peers to ensure data accuracy and lifecycle management of assets.  As needed, they support the delivery of financial and logistical acquisition of End User assets. She/He works with peers to derive total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements through operational efficiencies as well as vendor management activities.
Areas of experience include data analysis around asset lifecycle, inventory management and reporting, process development, optimization and global logistics and on-time delivery of services/assets.

Essential Functions

Operational

Interact with end users via telephone, e-mail, and M.S. Teams to provide procurement support.

Managing the upgrade eligibility for mobile assets.

Managing the refresh of assets for their assigned region

The successful incumbent will represent the first line of defense, with a focus on providing quality periodic review work on both clients and investors, supporting the Asia Pacific Team. • Resource, develop and manage service level management; this includes service catalogues, change control process, DTP documentation, SLAs and performance reporting, and governance.
• Develop business cases, proposals and marketing packs to help secure new work coming into the Centre.
• Oversee the portfolio of transition/projects, providing expert knowledge and support, and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status ensuring compliance of transition/projects portfolio with the AECOM transition approach, governance, cost and service level parameters.
• Act as primary owner of the GBS Document Management System, ensure the completeness, quality and sustainability of the platform and compliance to risk & control measures of the organization
• Act as owner of project frameworks, templates and procedures; be responsible for ensuring they are fit for purpose and continue to be best practice.
• Design, challenge and agree management dashboards to provide a strategic and tactical overview of the Transitions/Project portfolio to improve delivery and planning.

The role entails precise translation of popular video game content and related text from English to Tagalog/Filipino following product-specific guidelines to ensure high linguistic quality and adherence to relevant conventions. Whether translating directly or reviewing translations, the role will collaborate with a team to produce top-quality localized content.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Create or assist in creating glossaries and style guides following pre-defined guidelines from the client.
• Create or assist in creating style guide documents
• Carry out translation work following provided guidelines and instructions, including First Party terminology.
• Carry out revision work following provided guidelines and instructions, including First Party terminology.
• Accomplished all work meeting the outlined deadlines and industry standard productivity figures.
• Provide linguistic feedback for work carried out externally.
• Work as part of a large team of translators or revisers.

1. Experience in the translation industry (video games specific or entertainment media experience is a plus) or proven use of language skills in a professional environment.
2. Excellent knowledge of business software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
3. Knowledge of CAT tools (memoQ is a plus)
4. Experience working with TMS software (Plunet/XTRF) preferred but not required
