Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Working Hours: 12pm - 8pm EST (either Wed - Sun OR Tues - Sat)
Salary Range:Â USD 800 - 1000/month
Tasks:
â—Ź Responsible for consistent interviewing and onboarding
â—Ź Works with the Office Manager and Hiring Team to create, modify, and post job ads on the Indeed platform
â—Ź Reviews and filters resumes, sends assessments, and sets up interviews for candidates
â—Ź Conducts initial interviews
â—Ź Follows the company interview process in both an individual and group interview setting
â—Ź Writes professional, concise summaries of interviews for leadership review
â—Ź Sends offer letters as well as background checks and drug tests to approved applicants
â—Ź Tracks applicants throughout the onboarding process and documents and communicates progress verbally and through the Google Drive
â—Ź Success Metric is daily pulse submissions on interviewing and onboarding statistics
â—Ź At least 1 year of recruiting and interviewing experience in a US-based company.
â—Ź Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â—Ź Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a bias for action
â—Ź Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
â—Ź Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
â—Ź Able to learn basic aviation terms like aircraft types, phonetic alphabet, military time, and other common vocabulary
â—Ź Knows when to ask questions and where to find answers
