• Administer all tax filing and government reporting procedures to ensure accurate, timely information is provided in compliance with laws and regulations.

• Maintain General Ledger with journal entries.
• Month end reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
• Prepare Bank reconciliation of online statements (daily & monthly).
• Preparation of Monthly assigned Journals and allocation of shared expenses among departments.
• Assist in compilation of departmental budget and forecast.
• Maintaining the Fixed asset register.

• To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.

Outlet Cashier

As an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the overall efficiency of set standards for the function.

What you will be doing:

- Settling guest check/billing by cash/cards

- Maintain the cash register by accurately counting the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring that it balances with sales transactions.

- At the end of the shift, reconcile the cash register, prepare a daily sales report, and assist with closing tasks.

- Drop the cash in the Finance office, each envelope will be checked by the General Cashier

- The redeemed gift certificate should be attached to the relevant guest check and secured in the drop safe with the shift cash drop.

- At the end of each shift, cashier should place the cash sales for the shift in a remittance funds envelope. The front of the envelope should give a clear breakdown of the money being remitted and all envelopes should be deposited into the Cash drop safe

The Food & Beverage Server will provide our Guests with warm and efficient service within our Food & Beverage Outlets. Taking food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and ensuring the quality of our products is outstanding are some of the key components of this role. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:  

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.

• Demonstrate a complete understanding of outlet policies, procedures and service standards.

• Have full knowledge of the menu and beverage lists in your outlet, as well as all other promotions taking place in the Hotel.

• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and food preparation methods.

• Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.

• Follow all of safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

• Report to work on time in a neatly pressed, clean uniform and name badge.

• Understand shift end reports, have knowledge of non-cash/cash transactions and procedures for depositing monies into safe or collecting due backs.

• Attend pre-meal briefing, weekly, and monthly meetings to continually improve the Guests experience.

• Follow all of safety and sanitation policies when handling Food & Beverage.

• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.

The key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:

• Preparation and Delivery of Monthly/Semi-monthly Payroll to all Brands as directed by the Payroll Manager
• Preparation and adherence to Resources Monthly Payroll timetables.
• Preparation and Delivery of all Payroll associated payments as instructed by the Payroll Manager relating to:
• Superannuation
• Workers Compensation
• PAY Summaries
• Payroll Tax etc
• Preparation and Management of all Payroll Reporting Functions for both statutory and Brand requirements
• Preparation for approval within Re:Sources of all Statutory Bodies/Regulation and ensuring future changes are identified and communicated to all Brands and Re:Sources as instructed by the Payroll Supervisor/ FOD/Managing Director.
• Assistance to external and internal Audit requirements as directed by the Payroll Supervisor or Managing Director Resources.
• Assist the Payroll Supervisor / Finance Operations Director/Managing Director for the continued review and make sound recommendation for the improvement of the processes, and procedures of the group

• Ensure prompt resolutions of any account queries and disputes.
• Ensuring all internal record management is maintained to comply with all audit standards.
