Highly motivated Digital Business Analyst to join the team, specializing in initiatives that
revolve around the Authentication Journey. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning
and balancing security measures while minimizing customer friction to ensure a secure
and seamless experience for our customers in their Web & App Journey.
The Business Analyst ensures that the squad is set up for success by identifying and
defining needs, and opportunities and recommending solutions by facilitating a
collaborative approach to maximize the value delivered to our customers and
stakeholders.
They support the Product Manager in maintaining and optimizing the product backlog
in line with business prioritization.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who:
â—Ź Is capable of leading the BA efforts end-to-end
â—Ź Takes ownership of Squad initiatives and is invested in its success
â—Ź Has experience working in cross-functional teams
â—Ź Knowledge of Authentication in digital flows
â—Ź Awareness towards handling customer PII
â—Ź Stakeholder analysis & management
â—Ź Familiarity with agile methodologies
Responsibilities:
â—Ź Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives related to the Authentication Journey.
â—Ź Product and system analysis
â—Ź Stakeholder analysis and management -Work closely with stakeholders, including
Security, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, E-commerce, and Technology teams, to
gather requirements and address conflicting needs.
â—Ź Assisting the Product Manager (or working independently) in formulating the
product roadmap and squad backlog
â—Ź Developing and documenting detailed business requirements, translating
requirements into Epics/User Stories (e.g. functional or non-functional
requirements) in partnership with the squad
â—Ź Aligning with developers, designers and QAs while translating business
requirements into stories and acceptance criteria
â—Ź Ensuring the stories created by the squads are of good quality, eg. size, include a
Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Acceptance Criteria for testing (both
functionally and non-functionally).
â—Ź Providing consultation on industry standards based on domain expertise
â—Ź Having a data-driven mindset in identifying customer problems using data from
analytics, insights from customer surveys, user testing and heat-mapping
â—Ź Collaborating with external teams who can support the Squad during solution
delivery, mapping out dependencies and creating mitigation plans with the Delivery
Lead
â—Ź Analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities and strategies to
improve business efficiency and driving business process re-engineering initiatives
â—Ź Other traditional BA responsibilities, include running discovery workshops,
facilitating ideation sessions, current state analysis, gap analysis, feasibility
analysis and process mapping and project managing of RAPIDs/RACIs.
â—Ź Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively
provide the outcome for the customer
â—Ź Formulating the plan for production using the solution in consultation with the
squad members and other key stakeholders
